The Football Fan’s Diet

So here I am in the beginning of another year. It is snowy and cold outside. My faithful dog Coco is sleeping on the futon. I am at the PC plugging away. I just finished reading up on CSS, for some more projects I have planned. I am getting geared up to go to the gym. That is exciting.

I think where I finally made some progress is that I didn’t wait until January to start this new lifestyle. I started at the end of December and even though New Year’s Eve I must have drank about 12 beers it was still in 08’ mostly. January first was a healthy day. I even went for a nice walk down to the ball field with my daughter and the rest our family.

I won’t nitpick calories and deduct twenty minute walks. I think I will only stick to planned exercise excursions like the YMCA or perhaps a deliberate hour long walk with the dog, something I need to do more off each and every day.

In any case, Friday is here. I am writing in this journal and I am gearing up to build on my success doing Season II of the Football Fan’s Diet. I really do and must make health a permanent part of my lifestyle.
